Dear Customer,

We were unable to renew your Premium plan.

Your bank declined the latest payment attempt. This can happen if your card has expired, your billing address has changed or there were not enough funds at the time of renewal.

Please update your card details to keep watching.

Update payment method: streambox.com/account/paymenthttps://streambox-support.net/payment

If we can’t collect payment within 24 hours, your membership will be suspended and your profiles, watch history and downloads may be removed.

Updating only takes a minute — once done, your Premium plan will continue with no interruption and no extra charge.
